The work environment is extremely toxic and driven by fear rather than respect. Leadership frequently communicates in a confrontational and unprofessional manner, including yelling, public criticism, and dismissive behavior toward employees. This creates a stressful atmosphere where people feel undervalued and anxious rather than motivated.
