I learned about how to collaborate with a team, prepare for current and future promotions through email marketing, sales planning, forecasting and budgeting. product launches as well as learned to lead all agency meetings by the time I left. Although I might have learned a lot for my own career and future opportunities, the work culture and terrible management showed me what I never want to be apart of ever again. There was so much disrespect from managers towards their lower ranking members of team. It really saddens me to say this because I really loved my team so much. The CMO for Aroma360 -Nadira, was by far the most insulting and disrespectful individual I have ever had as a manager or anyone for that matter. From false promises of salary or "bonus" just for you to work harder - knowing the promises were false. Insulting and cussing in my face then requesting I "change my face" after the fact. In terms of managment there was never an opportunity to take initiative on any decision making. Nothing could get done without asking her ,but if you asked then she would yell at you for asking. A revolving circle or disrespect and toxicity where I could no longer mover my career forward in.

This management is a complete disaster. The worst part is that people are numb to the disrespect - however, I wouldn't stand for it any longer and decided to leave. On top of the fact that there was zero work life balance. Constantly working till midnight , being texted by the rude CMO in the late evenings and even on the weekends . Was promised a promotion and a salary that never happened . I can keep going and going .... terrible experience . Don't recommend and happy this platform exists to warn others before they waste their time and efforts. By far the most rude and unprofessional manager I have ever worked for.
