High staff turnover unless company starts retaining the employees they've already hired and carefully screened. Array really needs to make their 401k match guaranteed (not the current "discretionary" match) and min 3% match in order to be competitive. Also, please offer yearly raises and make reaching the bonus more realistic. Currently, in order to reach even a partial bonus, you have to work way beyond the 32 or 40 hour/week requirement (for full-time). Hard to earn a bonus because of the high number of no shows (partially due to a very unreliable EHR system). Taking PTO should not be held against your ability to earn a bonus (if you take time off, the only way you can earn bonus is to make up the hours you took off; this just doesn't make sense).

Literally nothing- very cold there

The whole company is cold- its a feeling I cannot properly put into words. They treat clinicians like a number. Not a person. They dont care about their staff members, and their policies are trash. If you value your sanity as a clinician do NOT work here.
