Pay was average but that's only because we live in Hawaii and its expensive. If I had that salary in any other state it might have been worth it.

Management is awful and micromanages, 3 mass lay offs during my year with Array, no work life balance, way to much training that pulled me away from producing, way to many unnecessary meetings.

I was laid off within a very short time (around one month) despite putting in significant effort and actively contributing to assigned work. This made the decision feel unfair and not reflective of my actual performance. There was limited time to fully ramp up, and expectations were not clearly aligned with the short onboarding period. Additionally, there was a lack of clear, actionable feedback or sufficient opportunity to improve before the decision was made. Overall, the process felt abrupt and did not provide a fair chance to demonstrate capabilities. There was also a lack of transparent feedback or clear improvement direction before making such a critical decision.
