Complete lack of leadership in all areas of the business. No communication at all levels of the business. A group of misfits all trying to run an organization but they are running it into the ground. The heads say we are doing well. We are not fools though. We are all very aware of where this company is going. Interviewing elsewhere and hoping to get out of this insane asylum as quickly as possible.
