      A paycheck and not much else.

      A very poor corporate culture. Supervisors generally lack Diploma's and common sense. Most employees are disgruntled , overworked and burnt out. They feel hassled by management who seem to hinder more than help the employees. H.R. inept is virtually non existent so employees have to fend for themselves. I would stay far away from this place.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences at Arrow in March 2014 - we are sorry to hear that it sounds like your experiences were frustrating, and that many of your colleagues appeared overworked and burnt out. It would seem like that the particular managers who were charged with overseeing your team weren't ideal. Without more specific details, it is often hard to know how to resolve the issues you experienced. Although it appears you are no longer with the company, please know we wish you all the best for your future endeavors.

      I had a very positive experience interning at Arrow Electronics. The management team was supportive and approachable, and communication was clear and consistent throughout my time there. Expectations were well‑defined, and I always knew where to go if I had questions or needed guidance. My coworkers were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Arrow also has a strong support system in place for interns, which helped create an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. Overall, Arrow Electronics provided a well‑structured and professional internship experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team. I would recommend Arrow to students looking for a solid and supportive internship environment.

      I truly cannot think of much other than IT related hurdles which slowed down progress on my projects initially.
