Pretty decent flexibility on work schedule and relatively good on cross group/team collaboration if you work at it. Great commaraderie in some of the smaller branches/ groups.
Svantaggi
Disparate selling groups competing internally is a huge hinderance. Reliance on driving adoption from the bottom up without support from the top down is big challenge. Management at and above director level not always honestly supportive and often look for a scapegoat when goals are not fully met (after being inappropriately set). Also too much reliance on letting some of the suppliers influence disproportionatly the business goals, direction and participation of Arrow employees.
