Vantaggi

PTO (if able to actually use as extremely understaffed and if you do… your work just piles up and you have to work extra hours to completed once back) Change of roles - lots of jobs posted and you can easily apply to other teams (warning that there are retaliatory actions by some though and once you express interest in leaving the team/ company they 100% stop investing in you) Coworkers (primary reason many stay as it is a good thing when you find a good team to be a part of) Promotions if you drink the koolaid and are one of the favorites of upper management (seriously they will just promote you without even interviewing/ considering anyone else. Damn the Colorado laws!) RTD passes Somewhat diverse (not inclusive but may be trying?) Challenging (if you like being pulled in multiple directions with little appreciation) Career/ job knowledge (by doing so much you really do get to learn a lot)

Svantaggi

Two years with no merits while upper management received annual incentives for overachieving results AND expansion of senior executives (how many VPs can there be in the same role?) with promotions. Tons of market pay adjustments meaning they have been underpaying women and others for YEARS and tell employees they should be happy now to have an increase and stop complaining about merits/ loss of pay for those underpaid years?!! The cost of living increases more in Denver than the 3% they offer even when merits are available, which basically means “merit increases” themselves are a joke. Return to office is mind blowing. They do NOT have any remote positions and act as though when they give you an afternoon to work at home you should be on your knees thanking them. Layoffs - Seriously seems to be annual or bi-annual layoffs (almost always moving jobs overseas). Training - you have to invest in yourself, train yourself, and seek out opportunities. If you advance, such as with additional certifications/ degrees, Arrow will not offer pay assistance nor increase your salary. Lack of retention. Telling someone when they receive another offer from another company they will THEN discuss your salary is not cool.

Vantaggi

I had a very positive experience interning at Arrow Electronics. The management team was supportive and approachable, and communication was clear and consistent throughout my time there. Expectations were well‑defined, and I always knew where to go if I had questions or needed guidance. My coworkers were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Arrow also has a strong support system in place for interns, which helped create an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. Overall, Arrow Electronics provided a well‑structured and professional internship experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team. I would recommend Arrow to students looking for a solid and supportive internship environment.

Svantaggi

I truly cannot think of much other than IT related hurdles which slowed down progress on my projects initially.
