First and foremost, the management is utterly disrespectful towards employees. They constantly undermine our efforts, rarely acknowledging our hard work, and frequently resort to micromanaging instead of fostering a supportive environment. This lack of respect creates a toxic atmosphere that demotivates the entire team. Moreover, the company's unprofessionalism is astounding. There's a severe lack of communication between departments, resulting in numerous misunderstandings and wasted time. Meetings are disorganized and often devolve into unproductive arguments rather than constructive discussions. Additionally, the disregard for professionalism extends to how they handle client interactions. Deadlines are routinely missed, and there's a blatant disregard for quality control. This not only reflects poorly on the company but also damages client relationships. Overall, working was a frustrating experience due to their lack of processes and disrespectful behavior. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and supportive work environment.
