Senior leadership is disconnected from what their people do and makes decisions that harm more than help. Senior leadership does not have your back and will throw you under the bus. Senior leadership will ask you to do unethical things. I highly recommend getting their directions in writing and keeping copies of all emails. Zero work-life balance. I have worked on every vacation with the company. No professional growth offered. You will not get tuition reimbursement, payment for certifications, or developmental courses. Very little room to move upward in the company. They recently eliminated middle management. Layoffs happen often, but that is common in the tech industry.
