if you put in the time and effort they love to promote from within which give a lot of people a great chance that they might not get with out a 4 year degree and as long as you do your job you are not pushed that hard there is lots of freedom to keep a positive atmosphere and the HR is always a open door weather you just need to vent or have a great idea they will do whatever they can to help or get you to someone that can

I don't thank that upper management gets a fair chance to make the changes to make this a way better place to work there are to many long term people that say well we have been doing it this way for 20 years and don't be leave in change but yet they don't drive a 20 year old car they drive new BECAUSE THEY ARE BETTER
