Very poor and misleading interview process. They invited candidates without checking eligibility criteria properly. Even after traveling and waiting for hours, many were told they are not eligible just because of graduation year (which could have been filtered before). Communication from HR was vague, arrogant, and defensive — instead of acknowledging issues, they try to make the candidate look unprofessional for simply sharing honest feedback. When you CC or BCC seniors to highlight genuine issues, they treat it like a threat rather than an attempt to seek transparency. No clarity on job role, working days, or salary structure even during/after the interview.
