The company lacks a clear, consistent strategy. Direction changes frequently, creating constant whiplash for teams and making it difficult to do meaningful, focused work. Culture is weak and morale is low. Rather than leadership taking ownership for employee dissatisfaction, issues are often addressed with superficial fixes that do nothing to solve root problems. Accountability is missing at the leadership level. Problems are acknowledged but rarely owned, and responsibility is frequently deflected instead of addressed head-on.
