Very nice and made sure to be giving you projects that catered towards your interests

There were some weeks occasionally where you wouldn’t be doing too much

Flexible, treated like an adult with your time. If you needed to work odd hours, it was fine. Remote/hybrid available.

Expectations were always changing - a new, complicated process due to the merging of departments or the exit of another employee. The long-term employees there have a mindset of getting all work done, every day, even if it means a 12 hour shift. When you are not meeting these quotas because you're not working 12 hours, it makes you the bad employee. Always new projects being dropped on you when you're struggling with the workload already. It was a hard job on your mental health.
