Many of our team members in Customer Care have leveraged this as a great, flexible WFH job while pursuing school or other areas of interest or professional development. At the same time, for those interested in pursuing other opportunities within Article, we do have a number of teammates who have come up through the Customer Care channel and found opportunities in other areas of the business - Communications, Learning & Development, eCommerce to name a few. These opportunities all depend on when and where within the organization an opening may arise (not just leadership roles) and the level of internal interest.
