Empathetic coworkers, almost everyone was super nice and valued your work. Paid well for first serious job. Learned to work in an office environment at my own pace.

Majorly behind regarding technology, many employees refuse to get integrated into Teams and solely relied on emailing each other back and forth as communication (mostly an age thing, as many had worked here for over a decade). Wore multiple hats of responsibilities that didn’t necessarily pertain to my job. One particular employee is very set in his own ways because he is a one man department and doesn’t take in any notes for improving quality of work.
