There have been very few times that I have felt micromanaged and often feel like they treat me as an adult with expecting me to work my hours whenever I say that I do, not asking questions if I arrive late or leave early every once in a while. With that being said, I'm sure this company isn't right for some people. There is a lot of time spent in meetings, which some people feel are a waste. But I find a lot of those meetings to be beneficial because it is a chance to learn about other disciplines, work being done in other regions, or to collaborate on project ideas.
