*Low-key prejudiced - I mean, I had to face bullying from day one either due to racism or sexism or both from more than one team members. They stopped giving me opportunities and did everything to ruin my confidence. Meanwhile, management was sleeping or didn't care. On paper, it's a very "diverse" and "open-minded" company, but in reality, it's far worse than big 4s. The arrogance of employees of all levels was appalling. *Very unappreciative - Management has little to no understanding of skills of employees, although it depends on the team. No review process, or no feedback ever given on any work well done. Only bad feedback is promptly given. *Low risk tendency - Arup wants to play safe, but it's corporate. They have too much arrogance to compete against most companies.
