Profit share has been low or nothing for the past 2 years, there have been 2 rounds of corrective layoffs since 2023, and people are leaving for other top tier engineering consulting firms or even changing industries. Management has been working very hard to be transparent with issues the company is facing, and they seem to be gaining trust. Grades 2-4 seem to be having a tough time overall with compensation, trust, and guidance from more senior grades.
