Servers are required to be front of the house and half of the back of the house. Kitchen staff is lazy so management relys on wait staff to pick up the slack. This is supposed to be a fine dining establishment and servers have to prepare specialty salads & desserts. You spend more time in the kitchen than you do with the customers! Also there is no computer, all orders are hand written and appetizers have to be re-written because the cook is too lazy to be conscientious. You are required to tip out the dishwasher and they don't put away the servers glassware, b&b's, salad dishes, ect. Management has done nothing but dump a ton of work in their servers lap. Owner of the Inn will yell at the servers on the dining room floor in front of customers! And the cook will scream at the servers and throw cooking utensils all over the kitchen if there's a walk-in or two. Also, too much preferential treatment with certain staff.
