-Incredible culture where everyone is encouraged to be honest, collaborative, trust worthy and to have a growth mindset (= true culture, not just pizza Fridays and ping pong tables!) -People before profit (yes, profit matters but there's genuine empathy and leading with EQ top down) -An inspiring leader (Dustin) who is an incredible human being, and that trickles down to the management/leadership hired -Authenticity and integrity is encouraged; we are unique with our own qualities- and Asana genuinely embraces that and doesn't ask it's people to be something they're not -We use Asana internally, which is testament to it's value within a large organization, and that's an incredibly powerful as a solution seller -People are encouraged to show up but the only way to show up is to be at your 100%- no questions asked, no judgement if you need PTO -Incredible people who are great at what they do, incredible product, incredible leaders- and being thought leaders who provide solutions for problems organizations aren't necessarily aware that they even have- how exciting is it to be a part of that?

-Number of internal apps can be overwhelming (leadership are definitely working on this) -Frequency/number of internal meetings can also be challenging -We have something special here, so it could take an unexpected turn for the worse; however, based on what I've seen thus far, Asana is only going to grow, attract more like-minded people, and to continue it's trajectory in being successful. So, if you're talented, have something to give, and want to be a part of something special- come onboard- you won't regret it!
