I joined Asana having heard through my network that they were growing and had an amazing culture, as well as scope for career progression and growth. 6 months in and all still very accurate. Great work by the leadership and recruitment teams. Pros: - great leadership in EMEA. Focused, friendly and incredibly driven. Stands out against the other tech firms that are a bit more chaotic. - clear vision and strategy. All Asana’s know what the goals and objectives are, no matter where you sit in the business. All our roles contribute in some way and the strategy is incredibly clear. - friendly but driven culture.
