Established company in NZ, so great sources of technical support, templates, knowledge sharing etc. Lots of interesting initiatives and potential directions. They value independency and taking initiative, open to ideas for improvement. Very transparent about upcoming projects, bids and other opportunities.

Very small team in Sydney (with a team member permanently working remotely). Office in less attractive location for young professionals, and not very equipped - site office vibes. Administration system exists out of several unconnected tools and platforms and is difficult to get a grasp of. Induction process not very structured. Communication with main office admin is sometimes difficult. The senior manager is very present and a big talker, often overly so, so you need to be able to express your boundaries.
