You were fired because -
1. You were not focused on your work
2. You were asking same questions everyday
3. Expecting spoon feeding by your team mates because you were not investing time to figure out things yourself
4. On daily update calls - Giving ultra unprofessional excuses ranging from "I fell asleep thats why I did not do my work" to "I am sorry I forgot"
5. Basic DFP Knowledge that could be challenged by members within our team with much lesser DFP experience than 7 years claimed by you
6. And the biggest reason that finally made us take the decision was when HubStaff was used by you on your Office Computer while you were on your JOB HUNT on NAUKRI during your work hours
Unfortunately there is no place for employers to rate employees such as yourself, and in most cases companies ignore such feedback, but it is high time that the truth be told from both sides.
Improvement that we have made based on this experience - Mandatory aptitude test for all candidates for them to qualify for the first round. This shall ensure that we don't end up wasting company time and the effort of other hard working team members.
