      It's not an organization as such. There are only a couple of people who run it and the HR keeps posting job opening for time pass. They don't have any physical office, even the HR doesn't know the address :-)

      Strict about time logging, has a time tracking application and measures hours per work. Some people are micromanagers who expect people to work on weekends too without any rewards
