      Supervisor Kim, was very compassionate, kind and helpful with helping you further reach your goals. Owner Jim, was very interactive with employee functions and a joy to be around. HR Sandy was the most pleasant person and very helpful with any questions from employees and just has a caring nature. Most employees are equally enthusiastic, energetic with a can do attitude. Great commissions Employee functions

      Feeling insecure with job security, a lot of buy and sale of properties where an employee might not move with the company. (Sometimes)

      Support from upper management is usually pretty good. Pay and bonuses are good. A little above average for my area. Free health care plan for employees.

      Very slow to pay vendors in my area. Makes it more stressful for day to day. Dealing with bill collectors and angry residents brings added stress thats unnecessary in an already stressful line of work.
