Technology is dated My biggest problem is that the job I interviewed for and was hired for is not the job I am doing. I was hired for a client facing project role and I am currently on a phone queue. The roles and responsibilities of my job do not matched what was presented at the interview or when the job was offered. I only found out my role had changed on my first day, and from what I hear this is a common practice. I would not have accepted the job if I'd known.
