Favortism and double standards 6. Excellent Performance not rewarded with a promotion 7. Lack of career development available 8. HR recently adjusted salary ranges in 2015 but did not adjust employee salaries to keep them at the same position on the salary scale. Without that adjusting salaries along with the salary ranges, the salary range adjustment meant NOTHING 9. Antiquated systems making it difficult to accomplish your work efficiently. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SYSTEMS I HAVE EVER SEEN 10. Too much offshoring of work
