Weekly pay. Decent benefits. Nothing else, really.

Got laid off suddenly. I had a discussion with my manager literal days prior to that and was told that everything was fine, that I was doing well, and that she had nothing bad to say about me. Meanwhile, there were 3-4 people I had to chase down night after night to perform their basic job functions. Management was unprofessional in explaining what happened. IT took a week to uninstall their awful antivirus that locked up my computer constantly and still hasn't removed the management rules from my browser nearly a month later. If you do a quick Google search on the CEO, you'll see that he's right at home with trying to shaft people. Check the lawsuit from 2017.
