Vantaggi

Free snacks (not so healthy) good location (elante) some really supportive team members and leaders. They teach you how to do your own daily activity like washing utensils and cleaning desks. Good team outings.

Svantaggi

1. They are still developing policies and procedures. HR system is weak and they dont want to pay a competitive salary. You be hired at the same salary or some small amount over it. 2. They promise bonus at time of hiring but later say it is included in of salary. 3. They have non technical people managing technical projects and so you cant do much. These poeple only behave good in front of management and take all decisions. They only give commands and then take credit of other's work. 4. Management behaves deaf to employees problems and is not concerned of work life balance. 5. Dictatorship- No proper management or boss. There is no real person you can talk tp your problems. 6. No rewards for working over time and even on weekends. despite you work almost every alternate weekend. This destroys your personal life. 7. Their good employees go because management is not good. They dont do in retaining people. All old employees are looking for opportunity outside. 8. So less space for employees that they even make employee sit at reception. No lunch space. 9. You have to do everything that the project needs and no specific role and responsibility. Everyone is doing everything. 10. No on site option. 11. There are attached strings to yearly appraisal and bonus. If you accept any appraisal or bonus you cant resign for 3-4 months, if you still go you have to return that money. and If you resign after 3-4 months, you have to serve 2 months notice. so total 5-6 months (half a year you waste) without a good reason.

Competitive pay Good location Team outing Few of the team leads are good ,technical and helpful people, few of them are below than average and are very arrogant Don't let the good reviews fool you, these were filled by the HR dept to maintain the rating of organisation.

1 Useless/untruthful HR department, they will promise you of some perks while joining which will never be fulfilled, their policies are not laid out yet and they mold the policies to their benefits 2 No work life balance at all, you will have to work on almost all weekends and for long hours during the week 3 Organisation is being run by non IT people who does not know how to treat their employees, will pass personal/lucid remarks in front of everyone 4 Management can't hear no from employee, I have seen senior people being hired and then they were forced to leave by assigning them ridiculous tasks and impossible deadline. 5 Almost all senior people have left the organisation because of the abuse by management. 6 Senior Management specifically target people, if you are in their hitlist then your life will become hell 7 No room for lunch, people have to sit @ reception 8 No training program, they think if they have hired you you should know everything 9 does not believe in growing an individual 10 They will keep interviewing people but will never hire the right talent, people try to fit in their relatives irrepect of the job need I have seen people developing stress problem because of the constant pressure created by the highly inefficient management

The work environment is good and competitive. Amazing co-workers and we get to work on latest technology stack. You are regarded like an extended family. I am proud to be part of the team. I have personally known Senior Management; they are very encouraging and have a clear & inspiring vision. Above all they are so approachable. During Pandemic, the Organization/HR have been so supportive towards all the employees. The HR Team has been in constant touch with all to know about their wellbeing. During 2020 I heard that other companies were deducting salaries of the employees and many were laid off, whereas our company gave Appraisal in the year 2020, though slight delay in the process and now we are discussing to give Bonus to reward and keep the team motivated. They hire Competitive talent, they only hire A+ skill. The company gives good benefits to the employees.

Bigger infrastructure is now required as the team is growing. Extended working hours sometimes.
