No support from above. Entered into a position where no training was given, left to 'drown' in workload despite the constant request for guidance. Even in my review meeting my Manager outlined he would support me more after I raised concerns and nothing changed in the next 2 months. Despite this, I enjoyed working for the Company and all other employees were pleasant - Feel like I would still be working there if I was to have worked in an alternative department.
