General comment on the company: - Old fashion and a hostile working environment when you approach different teams, and when you reach mid-senior level. - Mid-senior level is very naive and has a big ego, always refuses to listen to team members' opinions which results in lots of conflicts. - HR is not clear about its own policy and can have multiple answers to one simple question which can be confusing and misleading Comments on the position. - Turnover rate is very high (Reasons as below) - Managers are very petty and have a massive ego, always putting their self-esteem in front of the team's objective. - Manager is not a man of his word and can barely keep his promises. - Managers lack vision, causing team members at lower paygrade to patch things up here and then in a very short period. - Managers don't like to be questioned due to their ego, even if it always makes things clearer and avoid any future misunderstanding. - Lack of career prospects, you are not likely to get chartered or any kind if you work in this company. - They prefer someone who never asks questions, so not a thinker, if you are one of those who wants to grow as an engineer and develop proper problem-solving skills then this is not a place for you.
