We lost a major account (HEKKA) simply because of miscommunication and disorganization from middle to top management. They simply put incompetent people in the wrong places which resulted in a disaster. Everything was done wrong, from over spending on Marketing to logistics and not counting for inventory while over spending on Marketing and not utilizing the right tools.
