Friendly environment, the seniors are very helpful and teach the work very nicely.

The HR and probably upper management hire inexperienced students at very low salaries. Tell them that they are doing them a great favor by hiring them. Exploit them, make them work extra hours, and not even pay for that. Then cut salary on every leave or late and etc.
