The company culture is easily one of the best I have encountered. They value the people a great deal and have made that very clear in the way they treat them. The people at the firm are knowledgeable and you can learn an incredible amount if you listen open-mindedly.

I think as in any organization, senior leadership occasionally becomes attached to particular ideas. I think that may occasionally drive particular staff members away from the firm when they feel as if they aren't being heard or their ideas given fair weight. Further, the slow growth path in the firm leads to a great number of highly skilled consultants and not a lot of headroom to advance beyond a certain point.
