1. Beware of Managers, busy with politics to pull down good performers (they think high performers are threat for their job). Even they convey wrong information (impression) to US management. The dumb US management listens to these craps and corners high performers. 2. The salary is Peanut, they give you rise when you resign and threat the management. Good performers walk out than surviving in political environment. 3. You bow to US management else they will fire you within hours. 4. No corporate culture and lack of leadership quality, so seems to be company is in same state for last 45 years. 5. Organization lacks Leadership quality right from top in Engineering. HR need a course on basics of writing emails and how to talk to employees. RESPECT to employees in missing in dictionary of Management and HR (including US). 6. No growth opportunities in India.
