I don't have any cone, its such a good company to work for.

• Good role for those who are passionate about fragrances, especially Versace. • Initial HR support appeared understanding during personal challenges. • Opportunities to engage with customers and learn about the fragrance industry.

• High-pressure sales environment with unrealistic targets. • Over-reliance on one brand (Versace Eros) with little seasonal or product variety. • Lack of modern marketing strategies, especially on social media. • Aggressive and uncomfortable sales tactics encouraged (e.g., traffic-stopping, using gifts to push sales). • Little genuine support from management — felt like a number, not a person. • Unfair practices around sales returns affecting commission and targets.
