Management is out of the world. Arrogant, non-supportive, bureacratic.
They are actively chasing away all employees that make through 5 years in the company - then they have to go as the director is afraid, they will ask for a raise.
High fluctuation, they are taking more juniors that are not really interested in this work, just to save some money on paying seniors and thus they are losing quality workers, know-how and their time is wasted on onboarding new members each month - utter nonsense
Salaries are extremely low, benefits are non-existant
Translators are paid less than a minimum
No possibilites in promotions.
