If you do not respect yourself enough, please join this company. People are working on weekends. They are conducting official SCRUM calls on weekends. Engineers are not respected here. Micromanagement is at its peak. Please don't get carried away with all the positive reviews (as I did) as they are mostly fake.

As a relatively young(4 years in) and evolving organization, certain products and processes are still maturing. Frequent updates and changes in product direction and roadmap may create some ambiguity at times, especially for those accustomed to more stable, enterprise-level environments. However, this is also a natural part of a growing company and is expected to stabilize as the organization scales further.
