Vantaggi

Opportunities for career growth if you can navigate the chaos.

Svantaggi

The supervisors were absolutely clueless and only cared about hitting numbers. They had no understanding of the claims process and were utterly detached from the day-to-day realities of our jobs. Their sole focus was on meeting arbitrary metrics, regardless of how it affected the quality of our work or the wellbeing of their team. This resulted in constant miscommunication, unrealistic expectations, and a demoralizing work environment. Supervisors didn't support us or provide the guidance we needed, which left many of us frustrated and overwhelmed.

Vantaggi

Work and life balance was good

Svantaggi

Micromanaging supervisors, not enough pay for the amount of work and stress put on by supervisors for meeting metrics. Even when you’re exceeding metrics they still try to place unreachable goals and then constantly question why you’re not meeting when you’re still above average. Not a lot of room for growth, always dangling a “promotion” in front of you but never actually go through with it. The annual merit “raises” of 50 cents are insulting and laughable. They think an end of year $1k bonus makes up for being underpaid.
