Immature and irritating workplace atmosphere. Promotions and hiring often based on favoritism or personal connections. High stress level due to frequent customer complaints and technical issues. Frequent weekend, holiday, and even Christmas shifts. Difficult to plan or take extended vacations (limited to about one week during peak seasons). Disorganized quality department with inconsistent evaluation standards. Unprofessional and volatile management behavior toward employees. Advancement often blocked for top performers unless they engaged in office politics. Management provoked employees to resign to avoid paying severance. Salaries remained stagnant despite inflation and increased workload. Bonuses became harder to achieve due to raised performance criteria. Overall imbalance between effort, skill required, and financial reward.

back at the previous years i would say it was a good place to work, you get to meet amazing people, now it can't be even a temporary place for husstle or start up.

Cons mainly focused on the managment, they dont really care much about people and their rights and demands, compensation is low as maximum, consediring it as ''Cost saving'' plan which not working properly and within a year id say max it will affect the company, which it's already affected. No growth, everyone is demotivated, lack of transparency from the higher managment.
