I very much enjoyed the client portfolio and team dynamic at Assist, and found the quality of work to be best in class in the Italian market

The company was going through an organisational change, and there were a few bumps in the road in terms of general organisation and the integration of a second software group. However, these will be smoothed out over time.

Bonuses could and should be much better (total amount of bonuses and benefits you can collect through a year and that if you are over performing every single day is the size of 1 monthly pay, after taxes), sometimes the communication is not on the level it should be
