In time payment And nothing else

No shifts Cancel your shifts anytime and even for the whole month….they hired a lot of people but they don’t have shift…Zero management save yourself even they are not able to give two shifts in a week

Nothing positive to add about the Company and Management overall.

Extremely poor culture and management approach. A lot of false promises, and when management is questioned they would use aggressive tactics and threaten to hold your payment. The number of times people had to chase for their payments, and the worse is, no one replies. Pay discrepancies queries go answered for months, and no follow-up, the team's frustration is extremely visible, management culture of pointing fingers and blaming others to take the culpability off their shoulders. The company relies heavily on subcontractors, most of the time they are not aware of who is working and when there is a blow out good luck in getting hold of management.
