There are no pros for the Growth program

Retaliation is what drives this particular team. If you have an issue and speak on it the leadership will create false write ups until they're able to get you fired. They do not follow their own policy. They don't support those they've been hired to supervise. The company prides themselves on promoting from within but keep hiring people outside of the company that are never taught the basics of the position for which they've been hired. Leadership keeps asking for time to get things fixed but while they're fixing things the team members keep getting fired. The turn over rate for this company is outrageous and it is concerning that upper management is failing to investigate why. There have been some really stellar employees that have been fired because they spoke out against the bullying and retaliation that's been happening.
