The constant negativity. The supervisors say they are always available to help you, but then don't respond to texts or emails.
When they do respond it's always "don't do that", "you shouldn't have done that".
You get direction from multiple people and it's different from one person to the next. You literally are damned if you do, damned if you don't.
Upper management seems to lack experience dealing work subordinates. Unless you're a favorite good luck getting any help or attention.
The worst management company I've ever worked for.
