      A family-run business with a solid framework of looking after its employees if you work hard and hit your targets. It's a friendly environment with perks on a daily basis. Learned from past mistakes as I have read some other reviews. I have been offered training for areas I feel I need improvement in and my progress is seen as a company gain.

      It may feel a little overbearing having an MD in the office most of the day but it means you can show the MD on a daily basis your ideas/thoughts/plans without waiting weeks for meetings emails back

      Friendly Staff and Management. Great advancement opportunities if you are willing to put the effort in your efforts will be rewarded. Everyday is different and provides fresh challenges and problems to solve. Excellent facilities and nice environment to work in. Good Working Hours and free parking onsite. Brews and Biscuits provided in the staff kitchen.

      No real cons to speak of. Some days can be high pressure and intense but that is what is expected when providing the services we offer and the clients that we have to deal with.
