      The office atmosphere is like a prison. Boss has CCTV everywhere im the office and will watch you on a big screen. Everyone apart from people close to the family are miserable. Little training Pay is low for the role. They monitor toilet brakes Everyone gets nervous if you leave your seat Be wary of the positive reviews. They either come from family members or people in other departments. I can only speak of the office in manchester. They do have diffdrent departments in different locations and maybe they are better.

      Friendly Staff and Management. Great advancement opportunities if you are willing to put the effort in your efforts will be rewarded. Everyday is different and provides fresh challenges and problems to solve. Excellent facilities and nice environment to work in. Good Working Hours and free parking onsite. Brews and Biscuits provided in the staff kitchen.

      No real cons to speak of. Some days can be high pressure and intense but that is what is expected when providing the services we offer and the clients that we have to deal with.
