Poor flow of communication,- right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, Upper management do not follow their own policies and procedures, inconsistency of upper management, lack of support from upper management with middle management. As residential director there is more work than in a 24 hour day when you are working with staff and clients more staff needed in the homes to assure training and community integration.
