Vantaggi
- Great place to learn new tech as a graduate developer (Ruby, .net, .net core, Angular, php, Wordpress etc) - Nice and easy going developers to work with
Svantaggi
- The company has two main teams - Managed services team (majority of people work in this team) and Software development team (5-10 people). So the business decisions made is always based on the outcome from MS part of the organisation - be it remote work policy or employee management - Micro management - because the main business is Managed services, billing clients depends on timesheets which never really was helpful for development team - Not a company where they put their employees first - Unnecessary attention into Blockchain technology when there is so much potential with other tech projects which I don't think the leadership has realised yet. The leadership is mostly unaware of what skillset the team has and what the team can do - No proper Software development best practices in place (wonder how they still retain ISO certification) - Understaffed always and work pressure is high - No recognition or rewards. All you can expect on top of a below average market salary is 3% annual bonus during tax time (didn't even receive this in 2019) - They have a very ambitious quarterly review program which doesn't run smoothly and was failed since it's inception. oh... and there was no review cycle at all in 2019 - Do not fall for the sugarcoating from leadership as you might get promoted to a senior role but with no pay rise - Treats employees very poorly once they have decided to move on. I personally know at least 5 past employees who received threats and abuse from the CEO. He might even spread bad reviews about the employee to their prospective employer. So never disclose where you're going
