This company has lot of people with 30+ age who wants to settle and want to have good time for family. > Very basic pantry [obvious for lot of companies but not upto grade for product company] > No Premium AI Tools [You will have to use your own AI tools for premium ones] > Employee heirarchy restructuring is needed. Currently for technical roles there are only 4 to 6 levels. [engineer > lead > manager > CAO], promotions are based on vacancy basis.
